Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a modular home and a mobile home?
A modular home is designed to sit on a foundation. The frame is for transportation purposes only and is removed prior to placement on the foundation. Modular homes are built to BOCA Code (the same as stick-built homes). A mobile home can be built to sit on a foundation; however, we generally place them on a cement pad. Mobile homes can be manufactured as singlewide or doublewide are are built to HUD Code.

Every home comes with a full one year limited warranty. Some manufacturers feature a 10 year structural warranty. In addition, many of the brand name components, such as appliances, shingles and siding used in your home, are covered by separate manufacturer warranties.
