When you build a Penn Lyon Modular home, your independent Penn Lyon builder will work with you to select the specifications and options for your new Penn Lyon home. The builder will also work directly with Penn Lyon’s design team to create the production drawings and engineered plans necessary to build your new home.
Upon completion of your new Penn Lyon home, you will feel comfortable knowing your independent builder provides you with a one-year structural warranty. In addition, Penn Lyon Homes provides a full ten-year manufacturer’s structural warranty, assuring your investment is well protected.
