Their Professionalism is Rarely Found

Too often letters are received voicing dissatisfaction and full of complaints. We would like to express to you how pleased we are with our experience of purchasing a mobile home from Twin Town Homes. We were two recently divorced women with a teenage child looking to relocate to Western Maine. To accomplish this, we were in need of finding a mobile home park and purchasing a mobile home. We visited many mobile home dealers before Twin Town Homes, covering 2500 miles and we were met with either poor quality mobile homes and/or poor customer service. After several very discouraging days, we stopped at Twin Town Homes and talked with A. J. Stowell. We explained to him that we were looking for a mobile home and a nice park to place it as soon as possible. We looked at his display models and talked with A. J. about ordering a new mobile home with our layout and desired colors. We were treated with respect and enthusiasm not as two recently divorced females who didn’t know what they wanted. Not only did A. J. and Kristin Jones assist us with the ordering of a new mobile home they also searched the area for mobile home parks that would meet with our expectation. The crew that placed our home in a nearby park was exceptional as well. They worked like clockwork and in one day we were all set to move into our new home.We want to thank you and all of your employees for the wonderful experience we received at Twin Town Homes from the first time we walked into the showroom and still receiving 4 months later. This kind of professionalism is rarely found and you should be very proud of A.J., the set up crew, the secretary/receptionist and all others that work behind the scenes. We always felt like we were treated as though we had purchased a $400,000 home.

Professional & Courteous

I found the procedure very easy all through the process, from the time I presented my own design to the end of construction. What I had in mind was built with very little design changes. I found the installers all very professional and courteous throughout the construction. Any changes or repairs that were needed were done promptly and without excuses. Having spent my first winter in my new home I am well satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Twin Town Homes and the people there to anyone who may be looking for a quality home.

Very Helpful

In October 2011 our farmhouse was damaged beyond repair placing us in a situation of purchasing a new home. We visited several businesses looking for a home. We were most impressed with Twin Town Homes in Oxford, Maine. The salespeople were very helpful guiding us through the purchase of the home. Whenever we called for any reason they were always there to give, or get, the information or help we asked for. The carpenters, electricians, and everyone who worked at, or subcontracted to, Twin Town Homes were very knowledgeable, patient with our questions and treated us with the upmost respect. Choosing Twin Town Homes Was a no Brainer

After meeting with 5 other Maine modular home companies, choosing Twin Town Homes was a NO BRAINER! Danielle helped us out SO much while we were in such a transitional and busy time in our lives. When I first walked into the building, I was 34 weeks pregnant with our first baby and more than ready to get the ball rolling on getting a home for the three of us! We came into the home construction loan process basically blind and we hadn’t really done much of preliminary work to determine what we could be pre-approved for. Not what they wanted to hear I’m sure. But we were treated as valued potential customers and got real answers on the spot as if we were already moving forward, feeling encouraged. Danielle offered constant support but took a back and let us get everything figured out, asking that we just kept her in the loop when we had updates from the bank or were moving forward with the land prep and excavation. Never once did we feel pushed or rushed even when we had timelines. There was always a sense of flexibility and “we can make it work for you” or “let’s just cross that bridge if we get there” and that really spoke to us. From the time I sent my first email to her to the day our house was on our lot and move in ready was about 8 months... pretty impressive! And we are so happy in our new, beautiful home!

Treated Us Fairly

We really feel that you folks treated us very fairly, not only with regard to the monetary allowances that were afforded us towards the purchase of our new home, but with other issues that crept up as well. We had tried on a couple of other occasions with other modular home suppliers, to purchase a home, and were either met with no call back or a real low trade-in allowance. You and your company came through with flying colors. We have enclosed a couple of recently taken pictures for you to see how it all came out. With the exception of some of the old slab that is still there (it is being used as a walkway to the front deck area) one would never know that a mobile home once occupied this spot. AJ, we would love to have you drop down for a visit to see how it all came out inside and out!
